III. On Wings of Song: The Women of St. Martin's

The Women of St. Martin's and harpist Don Hilsberg present a feast of treble choruses including Holst's "Choral Hymns from the Rig Veda" and works by Brahms, Leighton, Amy Beach, Vaughan Williams, Schuman and others.

IV. The Seven Last Words

Josef Haydn's masterpiece for string quartet, chorus and soloists, written for Good Friday services for the King of Spain, will be the centerpiece of this third annual Lenten concert by St. Martin’s. The choir will be joined by the Confluence Quartet.  [Concert program]     [Program notes]

V. A Colorado Connection

Celebrating Colorado's rich choral history and St. Martin's Chamber Choir's place in it, the choir concludes its season with works by Colorado composers Jean Berger, Austin Lovelace, M. Susan Brown, and others.  The concert will culminate in an encore performance of Terry Schlenker's haunting Mass for Double Choir, written for and premiered by St. Martin's in 2004.
