Joaquin Nin-Culmell - Symphonie des Mysteres The men of St. Martin's Chamber Choir joined organist Richard Robertson for this 1997
recording of Symphonie des Mysteres by French composer Joaquin
Nin-Culmell.
This large work for organ and Gregorian chant alternates chant with organ meditations on
the 15 mysteries of the rosary. The first American performance of this work was
given by Mr. Robertson and the St. Martin's men, in the presence of the composer, on
December 7, 1997 in the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, Denver, Colorado. |
