POSITION DETAILS

Position to begin by the mutual agreement of St. Martin’s Chamber Choir and any winning candidates. Singers for St. Martin’s are contracted workers, not employees. St. Martin’s has a season from around September through May, with occasional extra engagements in summer months as well. St. Martin’s performs on average seven concert weeks per season (each week consists of around five rehearsals and two concerts, though this can fluctuate). St. Martin’s also does education outreach events at schools throughout the Denver metro area. Pay for the 2026-27 Season is at minimum $100 per service (a standard concert week of five rehearsals and two concerts would yield $700). Core members are offered to sing on every concert week and asked to do at least four per year if possible. Associate members have potential to be included in larger repertoire performance weeks and can participate in educational outreach events.

Singers hired by St. Martin’s are responsible for having and maintaining authorization to be employed in the United States of America. St. Martin’s does not currently reimburse travel expenses if you travel from out of town.
